Hamiota wins funding for water line upgrade under Canada Manitoba program
Manitoba towns share project costs one third each for the $75 000 water system upgrade in Hamiota. The town and RM will contribute $25 000 each for north side water mains, with tenders to be issued last week and contract awarded in early September. The RM also sought funds for gravel road rebuilding after flood damage.
