Council approved subdivision proposal for SE 18-15-26W with 150 foot setback and reviewed extensive correspondence and financial matters including tax sale plans, ambulance grants, school levy, and adjourned to September 14 1982.

Rolling Dale Workshop Report
The Rolling Dale workshop reports a busy summer with camps at Clear Lake and Minnedosa Beaches and many activities. Trainees returned with stories of barbecues swims museum visits buffalo compounds miniature golf movies and boat rides. The Shop built and sold garden swings patio tables benches lawn chairs and picnic bits and prepared weddings with plastic flowers while refinishing furniture. They attended seven local fairs raffling a lawn chair at each event with winners named from Rapid City Rivers Oak River Strathclair Shoal Lake Hamiota Minnedosa and more.

Hire A Student Office Closes After Successful Year
The Hire-A-Student Office ends operations on Friday August 20 after a year that started May 10 and placed 78 students in regular jobs and 86 in casual positions. The note thanks businessmen farmers households and students and names special thanks to John Rankin Ernest Buhler and Mrs Bill Lewycky. Job orders for next year will be accepted until August 20 with contact numbers 764-2392 and 759-2270.
