Kenton Manitoba council meeting notes show approval of a Wallace District Fire Board funding deal, Virden Vet Board financing, pipeline and by law 7/91 steps, street light upgrades, summer office closure, and pipeline project funding with PFRA. Discussion covers water disposal, local correspondence, and various municipal actions.
In a special 1991 meeting Reeve Robert B. Hunter presided as Councillors Elder Hodson and Logan debated By law 7/91 to install the Harding South pipeline with Municipal Board approval. The council urged Water Services to proceed and align tendering with the Kenton Harding project. Logan Hodson moved per capita grant payment to Westman Economic Development Board. A motion to obtain culvert quotes at 2010 23 NE corner and to address the bridge on site passed. Evan Bell left the meeting declaring interest in rehir ing a Caterpillar.
The Birdtail River School Division No. 38 held a special meeting July 25 1991 at Foxwarren School. Trustees confirmed agenda changes and approved roof and exterior wall skin replacements for Foxwarren School with Wolfram Muzuk Ltd. hired as consultants paid by the Public Schools Finance Board. The meeting adjourned.
