McConnell 4-H Beef Club meets at Johnston home

On April 10 the McConnell 4-H Beef Club held its seventh meeting at the home of Mr and Mrs Bruce Johnston. Members reported project status and deadlines for project books due June 11 at the Ag Office, planned a Highway Clean-up for April 28 and a Bingo and Dance for April 21, and discussed a Rally float. Ryan Murray and Darren Bridge earned calves at the Brandon Winter Fair calf scramble with Darren attending Junior Conference in Brandon on April 30 and May 1. The next meeting will be at Mr and Mrs Jack Johnston home. lunch followed.
