Blanshard Council minutes note 1990 meeting in Oak River
The sixth regular meeting of the R M of Blanshard held April 10 1990 adopted March 13 minutes. Attended by Reeve English and Councillors with Ted Coulson remembered. Delegates from Hazardous Waste Corporation and CAC outlined plans for a hazardous waste proposal and public input. Discussions covered roads grants, fire protection By Laws 907 908, deputy reeve appointment, acting secretary treasurer, tax sale titles, snowplow policy for seniors, community plaques, subdivision and building permits, water source development, Enviro bind dust control, donation to Oak River Memorial Fund, and financial checks for invoices. Meeting adjourned at 5:00 p m to May 8 1990.
