Manitoba agricultural leaders urge fairgoers to verify disease testing rules for entering livestock. Some fairs require Coggins tests for horses with Lundar the first to mandate, while the provincial board lifted a universal mandate. Local societies may still require tests, especially for brucellosis in cattle at Class A B and some Class C fairs.
