Town of Rivers approves 1986 walkway and finances
The council of Rivers waives Prairie Crocus Regional Library rent for 1986 and retroactively approves a walkway at Prairie Crocus Library. It authorizes purchase of theatre lamphouses, a filing cabinet, and a mailing machine lease while adopting several by laws and appointing council structures. The minutes cover utility liens, police and fire notes, recreation plans, and theater needs.
