The Borough of Hamilton invites tenders until Thursday February 16 1916 at 7 40 p m for several contracts including metal road construction on Dinwoeodie Street between Clarendon Street and Lonsdale Street, carting ballast from the quarry, supplying maintenance metal on Coleraine and Ararat roads, and gravel spreading on Port land Road. Tenders must be lodged at the Town Hall with cash guarantees. the lowest tender may not be accepted.
Public Health Board reg establishes cleanliness rules for bread and meat packaging to prevent contamination and bans secondhand paper in bread and meat packaging.
