Fire destroys Work House near Fairfax Missouri
Fairfax Missouri residents report the Work house burned to the ground one morning recently. Early arrivals found a large hole burned through the floor and fire in the coal room at the rear. The fire had spread rapidly and started in two different spots, leading observers to believe arson rather than accident.
