A recent article lauds a near town play ground plan proposing a leased tract to include a ball park and bathing pool. The writer recalls past ample spaces for sports but notes scarce vacant lots and polluted rivers, urging an association to obtain permission and convert a nearby tract for an in-town amusement park.
