Baron Hiroki of Tokyo hatches a scheme to provoke a U S Mexico clash to fund a Pacific invasion. Patria Channing, sole exectrix of a $100,000 trust created by patriatic forebears to combat unpreparedness, pursues him from New York toward the Southwest border. Capt. Donald arr accompanies her as she probes the danger to her property and national security.
Patria Channing returns to her hacienda and faces a border raid by Mexican forces led by Japanese agents. Donald Parr is captured, but Patria hides aboard an ammunition cart to rescue him, while Rodman Pillsbury and Bess Morgan help defend the estate before Patria and Parr flee into the hills pursued by raiders.
