Argyle hotel bought and holiday notices fill Hamburg

A long Hamburg list shows Mr. and Mrs. Silas Jacks bought the Argyle hotel. Many Hamburg residents travel to Omaha and Shenandoah for shopping and visits. The piece promotes gifts “That Last” from H. G. Dinsmore and Mirfield’s, with a booth for phone service and a diamond ring contest underway. Multiple diners, visitors, and Thanksgiving happenings are noted with names and places throughout the area.
