Ghrist Dies at Clarinda Asylum and Funeral
Oliver P. Ghrist dies at the Clarinda asylum after a year of mental decline. He was born September 23, 1868 in Galopolis Ohio and lived in the area for years, leaving a settled life with a wife Anna Wagner Ghrist who survives him. Burial followed a brief service by Rev R. B.
