Two Nebraska City burglary suspects plead guilty in Missouri case
Banning and Morgan arrested in March at Nebraska City with Frank Kish’s stolen auto. They pled guilty in Maryville Montay Circuit Court to burglary and larceny. Judge John M. fixed 18 years in prison for burglary and 5 for larceny. Their plea covered robbing Shilmore Drug Co on March 16. After pleas, other charges were dismissed.
