Armidale Electoral Council backs yes vote on anti communism
The Armidale Country Party Electoral Council met at Walcha and unanimously resolved to support the Federal Government anti-Communist referendum and to pledge full backing to the yes campaign. Attendees included Sir E L Bigg and D H Drummond MHR with J M Carter addressing plans for the referendum campaign and country party organizing.
