Delegates from Tamworth Armidale Guyra and Glen Innes attended as apologies were noted for several officers and members. The meeting opened with a tribute to J. B. Chifley and H. S. Kemmis, and the chairman praised D. H. Drummond for election success and thanked contributors to campaigns.
