The Ison District Scout Camporee and Saturday at Maple Grove are scheduled for May 24 with events at Centerfield and Grove. Mickelson will compete at the State Fair Beauty Contest in September, with $400 in expenses funded by the Rambouillet committee. Her float and attendants led the parade with the Gunnison High School band, sponsored by the Literary 12 and Gunnison Valley Jaycees.
