Dies at Montana Home of Gun nison Valley Cashier’s Mother
J W Jones cashier of Gun nison Valley bank learned Wednesday afternoon by telegraph that his mother, living in Kalispell Montana, had died early that morning. He left for Salt Lake City by auto and then went to Kalispell for burial services. Mrs Jones accompanied him to Salt Lake. The mother had suffered six months and been confined to bed at a private hospital for three months. Jones and his friends here mourn the loss.

Red Cross receives clothing consignments for Gunnison drive
More material for Red Cross work has arrived at the Gunnison head quarters. The consignments include garments of underclothing and other materials. Work must be completed by the first of July and officers urge members not to wait to call for items. The consignments are small but can be handled with all hands to meet the deadline.
