Breeders May Buy Additional Stock Under New AAA Rule

Funeral services held for Mrs. Mary Lewis Wilson
Mary Lewis Wilson, longtime Cunnison resident, died Sunday at home. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 2 PM in the Gunnison ward chapel with Bishop Hyrum Christiansen in charge. Principal speakers included President Chas S. Hansen and others. music featured a quartet and several solos. Final rites were at City Cemetery.

A heavy truck owned by Clarence Madsen of Gunnison, driven by him, crashed into the rear of an automobile carrying seven Salina and Redmond residents near Main and Center streets, just south of Ephraim. No serious injuries. Madsen charged with reckless driving.

Bulldogs Lose To Logan In Opener
Gunnison Valley high school youth basketball opened the 1934 prep tournament in Salt Lake City with a 36 to 33 defeat to Logan. Logan led most of the game though Gunnison briefly led 18 to 17 at halftime. Munk and Beck fouled out in the 3rd quarter amid boos from local fans.

Fitting Program For Anniversary
The ninety second anniversary of the Relief Society of the L D S church will be observed in Gunnison next Saturday March 17 with a 2 o clock program at the new ward chapel followed by refreshments and a dancing party.
