Ephraim resident Miss Lelie Anderson won the Dairy Day Princess crown judged on conversation charm and beauty. Elmer Holgeson 74 former Cannmon City Councilman died after long illness. Born June 10 1860 in Jemjoblekines Sweden he came to the United States as a youth and worked in bridge construction before moving to Gunnison in 1910 to farm and raise livestock. He married Agusta Olsen in 1916, widowed, then married Ly Adair Burviwore. Survived by widow, son Howard Holgerne Elyria Ohio, brother Carl Ogden, and other relatives. Funeral Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Gunnison Chapel, burial in Gunnison City Cemetery.
