Big Dance Pavilion Burns Down in Palisade Fire
Palisade park's large dance pavilion in Sanpete County burned Saturday, causing over 4600 dollars in loss. LeRoy Parry's Califor nians instruments stored inside were destroyed. Fire, started likely by a smoldering cigarette or embers from a firecracker, spread quickly before help arrived. The bath houses and concessions survived. the pavilion will be rebuilt larger and better.

The injury occurred when he slipped from a bale while hauling hay in his field, causing substantial pain. He was taken to Gunnison before admission to the Salina hospital for care.

First Salina Canyon Coal Arrives by Rail in Salina
Three earloads totaling 115 tons arrived Monday from the Sevier Valley Coal company property in Salina canyon. Coal distribution went to Salina hospital Sevier Valley Mercantile and Richfield. Pioneer Ole C. Larsen Dies. Rites Held in Redmond
Funeral services for Ole C. Larsen Utah pioneer were held Saturday at the Redmond ward chapel after he died at his daughter Mrs Joseph Christensen’s home in Centerfield. Larsen, born in Denmark June 1 1852, lived in Redmond many years and left a legacy of integrity, church service and family. He survived by ten children, twenty seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
