State 4-H Clubs Have Active Year
In 1984 4-H clubs operated across 27 counties with 59 clubs and 5,252 members led by 809 volunteers. Girls over 16 formed 19 home science groups while older boys formed farm science clubs. The body of Mrs. Sophia Larson Childs, who died of dropsy, arrives from Los Angeles and lies in state at Centerfield home until Saturday. Born October 13, 1882 in Redmond, she married John B E Childs in 1900 and later moved to the coast. New Regulations For License Plates 1935

Mrs C L Malmgren was called to Tucson, Ariz., for the death of her sister Mrs Margaret Adams and returned to her home on Gent erfield Friday. She was met by Mr Malmgren in Salt Lake. Mrs Adams died December 30 and her funeral was held Thursday of last week.
