Gunnison Valley High School Burglary Loss Reported
A Saturday night to Sunday morning burglary at Gunnison Valley High School led to the theft of between 3000 and 20000 dollars in cash checks and money orders. A .22 caliber pistol and ammunition were also taken. Principal Alexander notified local authorities including Gunnison City Marshal Beers and County Sheriff Miner. Entry was gained by forcing a classroom window and entering the office by tampering with the lock. No other items were reported missing.
