Christmas Home Lighting Contest Promoted by Gunnison Jaycees
Gunnison Jaycees announce the Christmas home lighting contest as part of holiday festivities led by Chase Keller Christensen. Judges will be chosen by the committee, with prizes of 15 for first 3 for second and 4 for fourth. Lights should be installed promptly to spread the Spirit of Christmas. The downtown Christmas tree lighting is set for December 1 at 2 06 pm with Santa greeting children after the program.

John Gaira, a Gunnivan hunter, went out November 2 after ducks and returned with a kit fox. The mate was killed near Rocky Point, with the male larger but less pretty. Thanksgiving dinner at Salt Lake City with Mr and Mrs Royal Whitlock Sr en route home.

Cyril Whatcott chaired the event for the fayores Mr and Mrs Boyd Fjeldsted and four sons of Galt Lake City visited Lumdsy and Moray with Mr and Mrs Alvin Wisldered in Centerfield, while Mr and Mrs Howard Roberts visited Gunniecti. Adult wood work class Thursday evening at 10 pm at the GV High School. Everyone welcome.
