Children Returned to Fargo Home Seek Custody fight

Three children sent to the Children’s Home from Fargo after alleged family moves in Minneapolis are now in custody of the home. Their mother Mrs. Cole arrives with clothing and says the children were well cared for and kept in school. She plans habeas corpus to regain possession to place them in a Catholic convent. The superintendent cites court decree finding the mother unfit and denies returning them, while denying the sensational claim of a “sale” of the children with fees.
