Receiver of Red River Valley Mutual Hall Insurance Sues Delinquent Members

PMAER George S. Montgomery, receiver, has sued about twenty members to recover 1899 assessments. Judgments were won against a dozen farmers in Stutsman and Griggs counties. Suits may be filed in Wahpeton where assessments were payable, aiming to fund a possible dividend for 1899 losses.

Finley hosts farmers institute with talks and questions
