E M Jackson and Price made a quick trip to Cowperstown last Friday and returned Saturday. Miss Bessie Reid came back from Valley City last Saturday. A B Cox of Valley City stopped here between trains last Friday. Oscar Greenland and Co sold another drill Saturday. P M Amundson has a fine stock of candies and cigars. W D Meeker plans to invest his whole farm into alfalfa. Berg Bros and Co of Cooperstown shipped a car load of hay from Lewis to Cooperstown last Saturday. Town lads should bring change to the next school entertainment. Citizens enjoyed Paulson’s schoolhouse event last Saturday evening. W H Comrie of Fargo seen on our streets last Saturday. Geo McKinney and Miss Palm tier spent Sunday at R Parington’s. H J Maurer left Tuesday to supervise the N P branch construction from Oberon west. McKinney has enlarged his stock and considers adding to the store. M M Lie busy these days.
