Town Board Adds Chemical Fire Engine to Equipment
The town purchased a forty five gallon chemical engine from D T Jones of Carrington built by Oben chin Boyer of Logansport Ind. Tests showed strong pressure and a 20 to 30 foot stream from Hammer Condy s building. The unit cost just under 200 with two extension ladders 48 galvanized buckets and four three gallon extinguishers added to the gear.
