Cooperstown Schools Lead State in Punctuality and Attendance

Cooperstown schools boast the highest statewide rates for punctuality and attendance. The year’s overall attendance reached 98.87 percent with 25 percent of pupils never absent or tardy. The high school, enroll 32, opened at 8:15 am with no tardies, while Milton’s Paradise Lost is being studied. The treasurer received $100 from the state auditor for high school funds. a $10,000 high school bill was debated, with potential benefits for both high and lower grades.
