Salt Creek oil firms report first test well output
The Consolidated Royalty and Western Exploration companies completed their first Salt Creek test well producing 1200 barrels. A. S. Moffatt and J. T. Norris with Stanfield and Alderdice closed a deal for the corner lot opposite the Presbyterian church. Mr Moffatt plans a reinforced concrete and stucco garage 140 by 100 feet with a two way filling station, large paint shop, battery room, and modern machine shop. Heating, water and air lines will service all areas. Moffatt left Tuesday for Billings to consult an architect.

Pritchett Boy Ends Life In Billings After Depression
Samuel Edward Pritchett aged 80, son of Sam Pritchett an engineer for the Burlington hero, shot himself in Billings last Monday night amid domestic troubles. A telegram summoned his father to Billings for the funeral held there under B P O Ellis. Sympathy is extended by C B and Q employees and friends. He leaves a wife in Billings, father, two brothers, three sisters in Greybull, and one sister in Casper.
