Gurule Fined and Sentenced for Abduction Attempt

Railway Officials Narrowly Escape Death on Curve
J. S. Findley, civil engineer for C. B. and Q., and assistant Talbot barely avoided being struck by a passenger train on a two degree curve. They fled their car as the late train approached at 45 mph, the vehicle wrecked and surveying instruments damaged. Fragments remained on the cow catcher when the train reached Greybull. Most blueprints and books were recovered. losses were mainly the car and instruments.
