Revised airport plan advances for Westchester County
A modified 25.6 million plan for modernizing Westchester County Airport, integrating ideas from three proposals, is ordered by County Executive Andrew O Rourke. Spokesman James Keller said Thompson Consultants International will merge the best elements with two scaled-down alternates amid decades of opposition dating to a 1980 master plan.

Greenwich mother-found council on youth and drugs honored
Alison McKee founded the Greenwich Council on Youth and Drugs nine years ago to combat rising alcohol and drug abuse. First Selectman John B.
