Revised airport plan advances for Westchester County
A modified 25.6 million plan for modernizing Westchester County Airport, integrating ideas from three proposals, is ordered by County Executive Andrew O Rourke. Spokesman James Keller said Thompson Consultants International will merge the best elements with two scaled-down alternates amid decades of opposition dating to a 1980 master plan.
