Pottgen Named Deputy Sheriff in Fairfield County
Constable Siegrun G. Pottgen of Greenwich was sworn in as deputy sheriff of Fairfield County on June 1 at the Fairfield County Court House in Bridgeport. Appointed by Sheriff Edwin Mak, she will serve one year, perform court officer duties, issue subpoenas and summonses, enforce restraining orders and evictions, and has arrest powers.
