Deadline looming on Greenwich condo bid
Greenwich Housing Authority faces a February 23 deadline from the state to bid on four identified condominium projects. Chairman Bruce Gordon cites owner reluctance to sell at prices the authority can pay, with the state offering up to 100000 per unit plus authority funds.
