Francis M Banfill Dies After Illness at 76
Francis M Banfill aged seventy six died at his step daughter Mrs Max Dalmbert home on North Lincoln street after a several days illness from complications. He formerly lived in Columbus and after retirement lived with his daughter here. Funeral services were held at the home Tuesday at 10 30 AM Rev Walter H Reynolds officiated. Remains interred at South Park Cemetery beside his wife who died years ago.

Hunters Fined Heavily by Local Court
Julie Greer Benjamin Herbert Theodore Fry and Ahert Pfeifer residents of the Millhousers vicinity appeared before Squire Cresth on Monday morning to answer a hunting charge by Dr. Peak and deputy game wardens Fred Ebbless of Indianapolis. They store 600 bushels potatoes 1500 cabbage heads 152 gallons tomatoes and other produce and have 9 cows 87 hogs 3 horses 2 mules on hand with grain yields of 2300 bushels corn 400 oats 600 shocks fodder and 4 tons hay.
