Union Baptist Church Centennial History Recalls Pioneers
The 1925 centennial reading recounts Union Baptist Church origins in 1825 near Greensburg, from a log schoolhouse to a brick sanctuary. It highlights founders Matthew Elder and family ties, log to frame churches, revivals, meetings, and the 1895 dedication free of debt, plus long pastorates and cemetery formation.
