Joseph Moore estate lands in Posey township were sold by commissioners Robert H. Moore and John W. Moore. Court approved the final report showing receipts of 18342. Disbursements 10443.55 leaving 7908.95 to be distributed among 9 heirs. Four heirs received 643 each. 7265.95 went to county clerk for 85 remaining heirs with payments from 192.90 to 1607 for various kin and nephews.
