County railroad interest grows Terre Haute to Cape Girardeau may form Terre Haute Southwestern railroad with early completion prospects.
By decree in the cause John Raymond et al versus Thomas Brown et al from the Decatur County Circuit Court I will sell at public auction on Saturday Feb 24 1872 between 11 AM and 4 PM at the courthouse door the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years for Nautting's Addition lots 39 and 40 in New Point Indiana. If not enough to satisfy the decree I will also offer the fee simple of the property at the same time and place to discharge the decree interest and costs.
