Notices announce Samuel B. Ewakip as a Republican candidate for trustee of Washes township and James Caskey as a Republican candidate for trustee, subject to party convention.
Dr Iby B Hettinger announces a scheduled visit to Greensburg on February 9 and 10 at Hotel DeArmond with parlor consultations and free examination. He will also hold regular visits February 23 24 and 25 at the same hotel and on alternate weeks at 364 East Washington Street Indianapolis. He notes delays at the home office and discusses urgent cancer cases and patient care with apologies to those affected.
Indianapolis, Brookville and Milroy figures appear in a wide range of notes. Mrs James E Busser of Fort Wayne Indiana testifies to a dramatic recovery from a neck and shoulder cancer after consulting Dr Hettinger who claimed to cure without surgery. She notes prior removal by a Philadelphia surgeon failed and the cancer returned within six months, but the treatment left a healing cavity that closed in ten weeks and left her sound.

Announcement reveals Emma Craig and Hugh Montgomery wed in Columbus Indiana on October 12 by Rev. J. B. Cobb. Tonight at the rink a dramatized Rider Haggard romance titled She will be staged with vivid scenery and lighting. Dobyns & Rogers sell seats. The Heywood Concert Co impressed at the Grand with Albn Heywood and Miss Allie Cheatham praised for skill. Higgins Concert Co also earned strong endorsements. The Grand Opera House hosts the Smith Family charity show next Friday featuring Miss May Thomas and Marsh Thomas with a tambourine drill by twelve young women.
