Frank L. Bixter of Tuiciapapolis died this morning at his mother in law Mrs John Levelbon’s home on South Franklin Street at nine. A long illness from consumption preceded his death. He arrived in Greensboro Saturday to visit his wife. Remains to be taken to Spencer, Indiana, this evening for burial.
