The Masque Social at the G A R Hall

The Ladies Aid and W R C staged a lively Masque Social at the G A R Hall on Friday night with plenty of food and fun. Best masqued lady was Mrs Elias House and best masqued gentleman was Squird Almon 8 Creath. Grotesque winners were Mrs Henry Lockridge and Cassius Garver. Judges were Mrs Mary Lewis W P Skeen and Mandly McConnell. The event was a financial success and patrons enjoyed refreshments donated by Marsh McCormeck.
