Master Corn Growers Contest in Butler County Opens Entry
The Butler County Extension Council announces a Master Corn Growers contest open to anyone with 10 or more acres in a single Butler County field. Entry is $18 per entry and fields must be supervised for measurement and testing. Eligible entries include one per farming unit and at least five entrants. State and district awards set by Des Moines Register, State Soil Conservation, and Iowa Crop Improvement Association. Entry deadline 5:00 p.m. July 29, 1975.
