Nazarene Revival draws crowd and funds at local church
Rev. Miss R Myrtle Mangum and Rev. Miss Maud Cretores spoke at the Church of the Nazarene on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday morning collection exceeded 267 dollars for Benevolent purposes as forty three attended. The evening service filled the church to capacity with additional missionary offerings. Summers is Fined and Sentenced in Greencastle Court
Patsie Summers known locally was fined five pounds and costs and given 30 days on the Penal Farm after arraignment before Mayor Zeis. The jail term was suspended on condition he reveal the liquor source. Summers was arrested Sunday in the courthouse by Marshal Henry O'Hair.

Youth Who Robbed Cook Store Captured in Indianapolis
The thief Harry L. Pierpont age 19 of Indianapolis shot contractor Edward Devine on the Circle but was captured by Devine and his wife. Pierpont admitted stealing eleven revolvers from John Cook & Son's Hardware, then fled to Greencastle Terre Haute and back to Indianapolis.
