Three alleged ringleaders in the 133000 Grand Trunk mail robbery were indicted by a Federal grand jury in Chicago. The true bills were voted last night and will be returned in Judge Evan A. Evang’s court. Also in Colorado, Mrs. Fred Sharman, 25, is jailed on suspicion of murdering her 2½ year old daughter, allegedly confessing to beating the child with a hammer.

In Porter County Indiana Sam Sutton and his wife Ethel were acquitted of murder in the stabbing death of Hammond restaurateur Gust Stasonopoulas. The jury deliberated six hours. Japan's foremost flyer killed in plane crash
