Emerson Tudor age 18 and Cecil Rushton age 20 were in a Ford crossing Vandalia tracks in Amo Indiana when a west bound passenger train struck the car. Tudor died before reaching Plainfield while Rushton was fatally hurt and transported toward Indianapolis hospital.
