Electrician killed in accident at Indiana Portland Cement Plant
Frank Scroggins, 23, an electrician from Putnamville, died after being struck by a traveling crane carriage at the Indiana Portland Cement Plant. He had been married four weeks. The cause remains unexplained as he fell before the moving crane while replacing light bulbs. The body was taken to Greencastle for coroner Jace McCurry’s investigation.
