Little Bernice Bons Dies After Scarlet Fever
Bernice Bons five year old daughter of Mr and Mrs Frank Bons died after a two day illness in Evans. She had recently celebrated her fifth birthday and was described as bright and lovable. Scarlet fever led to her death with malignant diphtheria developing Monday. Private burial followed.
