Colorado irrigation plan by George A. Hodgson and partners seeks to move four large reservoirs across the continental divide in Routt County to supply 150 cubic feet per second during irrigation season to lands between La Salle and Platteville. The tunnel, 1200 feet, would connect Grand River sources to St Vrain and Boulder Creek, with a projected cost under 50000 dollars and potential value over 200000 in water rights.
