Intelligent Dog Carries Message Telling Mistress is Very Sick
Evans June 12. A shepherd dog named Patsy saved Mrs. Henry Weber by delivering a note to her husband when she fell ill with rheumatism. Patsy fetched pencil and paper, wrote Hurry I am very ill, and delivered it under her collar. Mr. Weber rushed home, summoned a doctor, and Mrs. Weber rested easily the next day. Patsy shows notable intelligence and is valued by the Weber family.
