J K Thompson and W L Clayton ordered to remove sidewalk obstructions and the City Marshal tasked to enforce. Committee on sewers recommends removing north Main street cottonwood trees to prevent sewer blockages. trees to be disposed of. J D Buckley elected city engineer to set Main street and Eighth Avenue sidewalk grades. H T West presented a crayon portrait of himself, accepted and to be framed. Union Bank area construction placed under Buildings Committee with bond requirements of 5000 during construction and 1000 for coal-hole care.
